Systems supplied and installed:
Video surveillance (28 cameras) + DVRs and Screens.
Access control with 04 retractable bollards, 03 barriers 02 at the entrance managed by a wireless access control system with 150 dual-technology 2 push-button remote controls, 868.35 MHz and Mifare and 01 at the exit managed with a buried detection loop designed to detect the presence of vehicles output. The same access control system also manages access to stairwells and the use of elevators; without access rights the lift cannot be used. In the car park, videophone panels installed on the accesses equipped with access control are connected to the guard lodges for access verification.
Terrestrial TV and Satellite distribution system (04 satellites) with multi switches.
Digital video door entry system on the building with a concierge system allowing two-way communication between the apartments and the caretaker’s lodge.
